15 -07 -2002 ന് aided എല്‍ പി സ്കൂളില്‍ ഉണ്ടായ additional പോസ്റ്റില്‍ എന്നെ നിയമിക്കുകയും നിയമനം അംഗീകരിച്ചു കിട്ടുകയും ചെയ്തു എന്നാല്‍ 2003 - 2004 ആദ്യയന വര്‍ഷം DEO സ്കൂള്‍ സന്ദര്ഷിച്ചപോള്‍ കുട്ടികളുടെ കുറവുകാരണം ഇത് വരേ 2003 - 2004 അദ്ദ്യായന വര്‍ഷത്തിനു അംഗീകാരം കിട്ടീട്ടില്ല (ആ വര്ഷം മാനേജര്‍ പിരിച്ചു വിടാത്തത്‌ കാരണം ജോലിയില്‍ തുടര്‍ന്നിട്ടുമുണ്ട്) ഇപ്പോള്‍ ഈ വിഷയം ബഹു. ഹൈ കോടതിയിലാണ്. 15 -07 -2004 മുതല്‍ തുടര്‍ച്ച യായി ജോലിയില്‍ തുടരുന്നുണ്ട് ശമ്പളവും ലഭിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ടീച്ചേര്‍സ് ബാങ്ക് (199 / 2011 ഓര്‍ഡര്‍) പ്രകാരം 2003 -2004 അദ്ദ്യായന വര്‍ഷത്തെ സര്‍വീസ് അംഗീകരിച്ചു കിട്ടാന് വഴിയുണ്ടോ?

Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme for 2012

In GO(P) No. 504/2011/Fin Dated 04/11/2011 Government have renewed the Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme for a further period of one year from 01/01/2012.

Instructions :
Applicable to all State Government Employees and Teachers, Part-time Contingent Employees, Teaching & Non-teaching Staff of Aided Schools and Colleges, Employees of Panchayats and Municipal Common Service including Part-time Contingent Employees, Employees of Universities, Public Sector Undertakings, Co-operative Institutions, Autonomous Bodies and other Government Institutions
Annual one-time premium of Rs. 200
Assured Sum of Rs. 8 Lakhs
Head of Account : 8658 Suspense Accounts - 102 Suspense Accounts (Civil) - 88 Group Personal Accident Insurance Fund
All DDOs/SDOs/Cheque Issuing Officers/Officers authenticated to Draw and Disburse Salary of Employees should deduct the premium from the salary of all categories of employees included in the Scheme for the month of November 2011 payable in December. In case of any spill over, the same should be recovered from the salary of December 2011 on or before 31/12/2011.
All DDOs/SDOs should credit the premium to the above said Head of Account and the recovery particulars in Form II in triplicate should be furnished to the concerned Treasury Officer along with Salary Bill. The Cheque Issuing Officers of the Government Departments should furnish the schedule in triplicate along with the cheque to the concerned Treasury. In the case of all other Institutions, the Officer authenticated to Draw and Disburse Salary of Employees should remit the amount along with the recovery particulars in Form II in triplicate to the concerned Treasury.
In the case of Employees on Deputation and LWA except under Appendix XII A/XII C for the month of November 2011 and December 2011, the premium should be remitted to the Drawing & Disbursing Officer, where the lien of the employee is attached through Form TR5/proper receipt. The Drawing & Disbursing Officer should remit the collection to the above said Head of Account with separate schedule (Form II) in triplicate in Treasury.
Those employees who are under suspension should remit the premium in person to the concerned Treasury in TR5/proper receipt with 4 copies of Form II.
The DDO/SDO/Cheque Issuing Officer/Officer authenticated to Draw and Disburse Salary of Employees will be personally liable for the non-enrolment of the employee coming under him/her and the claim occurs thereafter.
In case of any claim due to accident, the nominees or dependents of the employee involved in the accident should inform the Controlling Officer of the employee about the accident within a period of 3 months from the date of accident and the Officer concerned should inform the District Insurance Officer concerned within 4 months from the date of occurrence of the accident.

സ്കൂള്‍ കുട്ടികളുടെ പ്രവേശന രജിസ്റര്‍ തിരുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരം ഹെഡ്മാസ്റര്‍മാര്‍ക്ക് നല്‍കി

ഒന്നുമുതല്‍ പത്താംക്ളാസ് വരെയുള്ള കുട്ടികളുടെ സ്കൂള്‍ പ്രവേശന രജിസ്ററില്‍ തിരുത്തലുകള്‍ വരുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരം അതത് സ്കൂളിലെ ഹെഡ്മാസ്റര്‍ക്ക് നല്‍കിയതായി വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മന്ത്രി പി.കെ.അബ്ദുറബ്ബ് അറിയിച്ചു. ഇന്നലെ കൂടിയ മന്ത്രിസഭാ യോഗം ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ച് അന്തിമ അനുമതി നല്‍കി. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ നിയമപ്രകാരം കുട്ടികളുടെ പേര്, മതം, ജനനത്തീയതി എന്നിവ അഡ്മിഷന്‍ രജിസ്ററില്‍ ചേര്‍ത്തുകഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ തിരുത്തുന്നതിന് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ വിജ്ഞാപനം ആവശ്യമായിരുന്നു. മുന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ അസാധാരണ വിജ്ഞാപനം വഴി ആ ചുമതല ജില്ല-ഉപജില്ലാ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഓഫീസര്‍ക്ക് നല്‍കിയിരുന്നു. അതു സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിരവധി പരാതികള്‍ വന്നതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്നാണ് ചുമതല ഹെഡ്മാസ്റര്‍ക്ക് കൈമാറുന്നത്. സ്കൂള്‍ രജിസ്ററിലെ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തലുകളടക്കം കുട്ടികളെ സംബന്ധിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ Œ

Teachers who have qualified CTET, NET, SET and who have M.Ed, M.Phil or Phd in the respective subject are exempted from K-TET. Claimants on or before 01.06.2012 as per chapter XIV A Rule 51A and B are also exempted.
